Here we will be providing information on the fascinating world of the last of the closed-door internal arts of China. This site is being presented by the current lineage holder to the system, Grandmaster Wai Lun Choi. Liu Ho Pa Fa (Mandarin), Lok Hop Ba Fa (Cantonese) also known as ˇ§Water Boxing".  The system given here is the original form handed down from the founder to each succeeding masters.
